Hi, I’m Clara Sand. I live in the North Idaho woods with my husband, our three kids, and an ever-rotating cast of deer, turkeys, elk, moose… and the occasional mountain lion.
By day, I work in medicine. By night, and in the rare quiet moment, I write stories about power, love, and the messy, hopeful truth of becoming who you are.
My favorite place in the world is a special lake in Idaho and I’m not telling you exactly where, because I’m keeping it a secret. I’m fueled by baked goods, too many cups of strong coffee, and the thrill of finding a great bookstore in a new town.
